The subject of this distance sales contract is the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act 2007 and the Consumer Rights Act 2022 regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) that the CUSTOMER has ordered electronically from the www.grandbazaarclassics.com website.

Definitions of the Distance Sales Contract

  • “Product” refers to any goods or services offered for sale by Grand Bazaar Classics.
  • “Contract” refers to this Distance Sales Contract.
  • “Consumer” refers to the individual who purchases the Product for personal use.
  • “Seller” refers to Grand Bazaar Classics.
  • “Buyer” refers to the individual purchasing the Product.

The Seller offers Products for sale, and the Buyer accepts the offer by placing an order on the Grand Bazaar Classics website or through other means of remote communication.

Prior to placing an order and upon its confirmation, the Buyer shall receive clear and comprehensible information about the essential characteristics of the Product, the total price (including taxes and additional charges), payment and delivery arrangements, and the right of withdrawal. The Buyer will receive a confirmation of the order via email.

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the Product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller using the contact information provided below and follow the specific instructions in our Return Policy.

The Seller will deliver the Product to the address specified by the Buyer during the order process. The risk of loss or damage to the Product passes to the Buyer upon confirmed delivery by our cargo company.

The Buyer shall make payment for the Product according to the pricing and payment terms specified on the Grand Bazaar Classics website or as agreed upon between the parties.

If the Product is faulty or does not conform to the Contract, the Buyer may request repair, replacement, or a refund within the applicable statutory warranty period. The Seller’s Returns policy is available on the Grand Bazaar Classics website. Please refer the the Returns Policy for further guidance on how to proceed.

The Seller collects and processes personal data following applicable data protection laws and regulations. The Seller’s Privacy Policy, available on the Grand Bazaar Classics website, provides further information on how personal data is handled.

This Contract is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from or related to this Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
