REFUND AND RETURNS

At Grand Bazaar Classics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a clear and straightforward refund and returns process.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

You have up to 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for your order. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition, with the original packaging and labels still attached.

  • To start a return, please contact us at info@grandbazaarclassics.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Please do not return your items without prior approval—any items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.

For your return to be accepted, the products must be returned in their original packaging, which should be fully intact, and the original labels must still be attached. You are responsible for the safekeeping of the items until they reach our facility.

If an item is returned in unsatisfactory condition, we may send it back to you at your expense. Please make sure to pack the items properly to avoid damage during transit. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during the return shipping process.

Refund and Returns: Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If your return is part of a Free Shipping promotion, you will still be responsible for the return shipping fees.

For your peace of mind, we recommend using an Express carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, or UPS) to ensure your return arrives safely. Always keep a proof of posting when returning your items. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you don’t use an Express carrier.

Damaged Items

Grand Bazaar Classics is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you suspect that your order may have sustained damage during shipping, we recommend that you promptly inspect the package in the presence of the delivery personnel at the location where you received it.

Incorrect Items

If you’ve received an incorrect item, please reach out to our support team at info@grandbazaarclassics.com. We will promptly assess the situation and take the necessary steps to rectify the issue.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that we will not refund any shipping fees, additional duties, taxes, or other extra charges you may have incurred.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 30 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We are committed to addressing your needs, but please note the following exceptions:

  • Food products, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Custom Orders are non-refundable.
  • If your order is delayed beyond the specified delivery dates or if you change your address after placing an order, the right of withdrawal cannot be accepted.
  • In the event that your parcel is damaged during delivery or the packaging is compromised, affecting the quality of the product, you have the right to initiate a return for a full refund.
